Our approach is to teach everyone how to harness the powers of being trustworthy, honest, respectful, inspiring, value-driven and engaged in their lives to take back control and begin acting to create more peace in the world for themselves, their families, and their communities.

The first step in bringing our vision to reality is to teach others about how the science of behavior and learning can be applied to overcome challenges in their own lives. We will be offering courses to behavior analysts (BCBAs) who are struggling to find peace and prosperity in their clinical practice or entrepreneurial endeavors, as well as to self-proclaimed change agents who want to learn more about positively impacting the world with behavioral science.

Many BCBAs have learned that the study of behavior and learning has provided us with powerful tools which can be used to effectively and efficiently address socially significant concerns, but most training programs and continuing education opportunities focus on very narrow applications of the science. Often, they are left unsatisfied with their work because while they’re making a small positive difference in a few lives, there’s still so much pain and suffering in the world!

Currently, most continuing education for BCBAs regards clinical practice related to both direct intervention and organizational behavior management. These courses are important, but what do you think happens when those people go to apply what they’ve learned? Often, the courses they chose didn’t address the core barriers to their own success, so they continue to struggle with the same issues over and over all while leaving them feeling more stressed and burnt out.

Our courses are 9-week, in-depth, book studies related to advanced topics in behavioral science. These topics include psychological flexibility, acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive biases, behavioral systems analysis, effective collaboration, dissemination of behavioral science, substance and domestic abuse treatment, behavioral neuroscience, positive parenting, and organizational home management. We will be offering four courses per year, and they will be available live and on-demand for 18 Type-2 “Learning” BACB CEUs. The courses are $179 each.

We are behavioral scientists who have studied a variety of topics related to the application of the science of behavior and learning to effectively address human suffering more globally, and are passionate about sharing this information with others as efficiently as possible so we can increase the likelihood of having a significant positive impact in this world. Our hope is that we will be able to witness a truly peaceful world in our lifetime, but if not, we will know that at least we did the best we could with the time we were given on this planet we call home.
