In this 9-week course, you will learn a set of skills related to improving your personal life and earn 18 Type-2 "Learning" CEUs (12 general, 3 ethics, and 3 supervision). The skills are drawn from the work of Steven C. Hayes (A Liberated Mind; Get Out of Your Mind and Into Your Life), and Coyte Cooper (Flip the Script), and you will learn how to systematically apply the lessons you learn to accomplish your personal goals, in the service of your values, on the path toward your dream life.
